In abusive situations abusers sometimes monitor a victims phone & computer. Programs are available and easily installed that collect history or keystrokes. If you are concerned about alerting your abuser that you are reaching out, please try to use a "safe" computer at a public library, or use a friend's or family member's computer.
If you are in danger, dial 911. Otherwise, if you need help, please call our 24-hour hotline at 1-906-635-0566, 1-800-882-1515 or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 800-799-7233.
